Dear Customer, Deniba International Exchange is committed to provide good quality services since we have started the business and established a good relationship with our customers. Our aim is to protect your rights and to continue to provide satisfaction to our clients, to the best that we can.

Processing time for your transaction-

For every remittance, once the payment has been received, we will process the transaction and it will be transferred within one working hour except during holidays. In some cases, time will differ depending on the beneficiary bank or agent. All the transactions subject to AML compliance clearance.

How to file complaint –

We wish to hear from you and we value your concerns and opinions. For your complaints and suggestions, you can drop a request to our complaint/ suggestion box provided. You may also reach us via email or contact us with our provided contact details as mentioned below. Our concern department will contact you within 24 working hours.
